About the Study
We’re inviting participants to join a 12-week, open-label study designed to evaluate the effects of a natural supplement on:

This study is being conducted in partnership with Urgent Care Centers of East Tn, PC and led by Dr. Mahmood Siddiqui, MD.
Who Can Participate?
We’re looking for individuals who:
✅ Are women aged 35–55
✅ Are perimenopausal or experiencing hormonal changes
✅ Are noticing brain fog, difficulty focusing, or mental fatigue
✅ Are willing to take a daily supplement for 12 weeks
✅ Are NOT currently taking HRT or hormonal medications
Can I Participate Remotely?
Yes, if you do not live near our trial site, you may still be able to enroll.
What’s Involved?
If you qualify, you will:
🩺 Attend 3 visits over 12 weeks
📋 Complete short weekly surveys to track your cognitive performance, mood, and energy
🧪 (Optional) Provide a blood sample to assess hormone balance and stress markers
💊 Take a once-daily supplement for the duration of the study
